SCOUTING FOR FOOD

You may have noticed the florescent tags hanging on door knobs throughout our village homes on Saturday announcing our annual Scouting for Food Program. Each November the Cub Scouts, Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts of Perry collect non-perishable food, through your donations, to help the local food pantry fill the gift baskets for families in need at Thanksgiving.

Dansville's acclaimed five-man
bluegrass/country/gospel band has been writing more and more original
songs - enough to fill 2 albums and they're working on a 3rd. They
filled the Silver Lake Assembly's Epworth hall this summer, as well as
pleasing crowds at events all over western New York; this is an
opportunity to see them in a more intimate setting.The Band of Brothers
