Foliage

Nature gives us one last brilliant fiery burst of colors every autumn, before settling into the silvery winter pallette. Visitors come from all over western New York, the US, Canada, and the world to see Letchworth Park in full color, in late September and throughout October.

Columbus Day (Canada's Thanksgiving) weekend is the Park's busiest weekend, often coinciding with peak viewing time. It is also the weekend, for over 30 years, of the Arts Council for Wyoming County's annual Letchworth Arts & Crafts Show & Sale, a juried arts & crafts show with over 300 vendors.

For an up-to-date foliage report, visit the NYS Tourism site, I Love NY, at http://fallgetaways.iloveny.com/foliage.aspx . Perry is in Wyoming County, showing up south of Rochester, east of Buffalo on the foliage map.
