There's always something to do on Saturday nights in Perry: live music at Burlingham Books. This week, the bookstore welcomes the return of Rochesterian Nick Humphrey. Humphrey brings his "21st Century Music" to downtown Perry. Humphrey lists his influences as Beatles, Sinatra, musical theater, and Be-bop; he will play the blues, acoustic folk, and American classics.

Holiday DeLights Festival & Business Open Houses, Home Tours & Contests - December 6th
A big day full of events in Perry. Various local businesses, homes and the Arts Council host open houses, with tours, refreshments, specials, etc. Stop in to Kelly's Jellies, the Farmer's Wife Antique Co-op/Matson's Farm & Home,Burlingham Books and Stonewall Craftique. Toward evening a portion of Main Street will close for the Holiday De-Lights Festival. Santa drops by to hear children's Wish Lists. Father-daughter duo Carl & Emma Eddy make their bookstore debut Saturday night. Carl is a member of several bands, including Creek Bend, which recently played at the Perry Chalk Art Festival, as well as several times at Last Night Perry. Emma is a singer and plays the violin. Bluegrass, country, what-have-you - sure to please!

Bob Fussell of Le Roy will be signing his book _Unbridled Cowboy_, in which he collected and edited his grandfather Joseph's journals. The elder Fussell was a cowboy in the early part of the 20th century, and the book has received praise (and a feature article) from the Batavia Daily News.
