Perry New York, LLC, was formed to address the conundrum of rehabilitating key downtown buildings that are beyond the ability of individual landlords. As its first project in 2007-8, PNY raised $250,000 from over 20 investors towards the acquisition and complete adaptive re-use of the historic 1856 Rufus Smith Building (21-25 S Main Street, and 1-3 Lake Street).

New tenants include a restaurant, cell phone store on Main Street, 2nd floor professional space for an accounting firm and a Massage Therapist, and two third floor artist studios.

Retail space on ground level remains available, as does 2nd floor space for mixed uses from 350-1250 sf. Click on the link in the preceding paragraph, call the number listed above or contact managing member Rick Hauser at contact@insitearch.com
